8-bit output type address sensor for AGV

Identifiable 256 code patterns! Complete non-contact type for AGV, 8-bit binary output address sensor, SMR-2352.

This is an 8-bit output type address sensor (spot mark reader) that identifies the position of an unmanned transport vehicle. It detects address magnets with arbitrary information (0-255) written on them and performs vehicle control (branching, stopping, accelerating, decelerating, etc.) based on the current location information. Since it reads as an absolute value, it is less likely to skip addresses. 【Main Features】 - The address code can identify 256 codes in 8-bit binary. - Adopts a mobile reading method, allowing reading while the unmanned transport vehicle (AGV) is in motion. - Available with N-pole 'SMR-2352H2-N' and S-pole 'SMR-2352H2-S'. - The spot mark reader equipped with reading timing output reads information when positioned directly above the address magnet plate during movement. - The address magnet plate (address marker) can be selected from yellow and green laminates. - Easily usable when a large capacity RFID IC chip is not required. - Suitable for environments where barcodes cannot be used due to dust and other influences. For approximate model numbers like SMR-2352H RB, please inquire. *For more details, please contact us.*

Address Sensor for Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) ME-9015A

Address Sensor for Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) ME-9015A

Merit01 Easy Control with Counting Method By detecting (counting) marker magnets attached to the road surface, it is possible to read the address information of unmanned transport vehicles. Merit02 Usable as a Stop Sensor It can also be used as a stop sensor for unmanned transport vehicles (AGVs). By combining it with address information reading, it is possible to reduce the number of sensors used, contributing to improved cost performance. Merit03 Address Sensor (Absolute Address) By arranging multiple units, it can be used as an address sensor with arbitrary bits. This contributes to improved cost performance in small-scale transport systems. Merit04 Simple Waterproof Type By filling with molding agent, it meets the protective structure IP67. It can be used safely outdoors, as it poses no problem if exposed to rainwater.

AGV Magnetic Address Sensor SMR-100C/SMG-100

N pole/S pole 2-channel switching type (individual polarity output) Spot mark reader (mark sensor) for AGV address sensor

This is a 2ch switching type (individual polarity) address sensor that is used in combination with the dedicated address magnet plate 'SMG-100'. It has two output lines, and depending on the polarity of the magnet as the sensor passes over the magnet plate, either the N or S pole output line will turn ON. It is suitable for simple vehicle control such as acceleration, deceleration, and braking of automated guided vehicles (AGVs), providing stable guidance that is not affected by dust or debris. It is very compact, allowing for high flexibility when integrating into AGVs and similar applications. 【Main Features】 ■ Two types: Normal Open 'SMR-100C' and Normal Close 'SMR-100C-P' ■ Completely non-contact type with a detection range of 15 to 40 mm ■ Capable of polarity discrimination, not just the presence of a magnet, but also whether there is an "N pole (or S pole)" ■ Sensitivity adjusted to match the dedicated address magnet plates 'SMG-100 (N)' and 'SMG-100 (S)' ■ There is also a 1-bit information type (detecting either N or S pole) 'SMR-50B' *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
